In-Home Delivery
NLI International handles everything when you choose our premium services. This option goes far beyond the comprehensive, standard advantages, with options to include the unpacking and inspection of the merchandise, before we contact the consumer to establish a delivery appointment. You may choose to have your item(s) assembled at the delivery terminal, the end-consumer’s address, or a combination of both. Instructions posted with each order enable efficient, accurate assembly by our skilled personnel. Once the product is on-site and assembled, it is set up and placed in the end-consumer’s room of choice. Finally, NLI collects all the packaging materials and removes them for proper recycling or disposal.

Threshold
As the basic option for final mile deliveries, Threshold service provides the comprehensive, standard advantages that have made NLI an industry leader. Upon delivery, we carry your package directly through the entrance for convenient placement just inside the end-consumer’s home or facility. For additional services, such as setup or package removal, consider choosing our more extensive services for your delivery orders.
Threshold PLUS – Delivery into a room of choice with no unpack or debris removal.
Curbside – Delivery to the residence curb only.
Inspection Process
Your merchandise is carefully inspected immediately upon of arrival at the NLI Distribution Centers and again at the delivery terminal. Any external signs of shipping damage are carefully noted before we begin inspection of the contents. You receive immediate notification of any issues we discover, along with our suggested resolution. Upon agreement, we proceed with the appropriate corrective action. Once this inspection process is complete, NLI contacts the end-consumer to schedule an appointment for delivery.
